Linda Ebeling has been attracted to the beauty, strength and slow flowing movements of tai chi since she first saw it. A back injury prompted her to study tai chi and qigong. Not only did she discover a decrease in pain, and increased strength and flexibility, but also a compelling connection with the powerful inner aspects of internal martial arts.

Linda’s tai chi and qigong practice includes, Sun, Yang and Chen, Tai Chi Fan and Qigong. A fitness instructor for over 16 years and teacher for 28 years, she enjoys the rich experience of working with a variety of students: beginners to experienced, those in pain, less abled or dealing with chronic conditions to the fit and those seeking greater challenge and depth.
