Teaching Philosophy:

I believe Tai Chi and Qigong can benefit Every Body,
beginner through experienced practitioners,
the achy and less able to fit individuals,
those seeking physical fitness,
to those cultivating inner energy uniting the mind, body and spirit.

Praise from Participants

“I have participated in many training workshops and classes over the years with Linda, both face-to-face and virtual sessions.  I always look forward to her classes as they are both fun and informative.  She is meticulous – I always come away with a deeper appreciation of the nuance of Tai Chi and Qigong.  Don’t miss any opportunity you may have to learn from her!”

Thank you for your superior instruction. We are fortunate, indeed, to have you as our teacher!

~ Linda F

I learn a lot of new things every single class and always leave class feeling better than when I started.

What a great experience it was to be in your class, and to learn so much about the 24 Forms and also about how to teach and how to connect with people in a class.  You are a superb teacher; I am grateful for the opportunity to study with you.  I’m know I’ll be absorbing and integrating things I learned from you for a long time!
~ Rich B, Student from Depth of 24 Forms, June workshop, 2016

“Tai chi and Linda’s instruction has changed the way I think about walking, balance, and overall health. The routine of weekly classes helps me keep building my skills and deepening my practice, and it offers a community of learners interested in our healthy aging bodies and minds. In place of the relentless “progress” and “benchmarks” of most of our health and education institutions, tai chi offers a cyclical revisiting and strengthening of the complicated bodies we inhabit, a routine of maintaining and enjoying our aging selves that I find refreshing.” ~ Anne H. tai chi student
