This class is designed for advanced students with previous Tai Chi experience.
The 42 Form is an international standard routine created in 1989 by Professors Li Di Yin Men Hui Feng from The Beijing Sport Institute.
Combined 42 is composed of movements drawn from Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun styles of traditional Taijiquan and provides great health benefits and the opportunity to explore advanced Tai Chi techniques. Practitioners of the form enjoy its circularity, qi cultivation, and experiencing how the different styles relate to each other.
