A longer and more challenging Sun style form for those interested in exploring tai chi and its priciples in depth. Class will include qigong.
“Tai chi has changed the way I think about walking, balance, and overall health. The routine of weekly classes helps me keep building my skills and deepening my practice, and it offers a community of learners interested in our healthy aging bodies and minds. In place of the relentless “progress” and “benchmarks” of most of our health and education institutions, tai chi offers a cyclical revisiting and strengthening of the complicated bodies we inhabit, a routine of maintaining and enjoying our aging selves that I find refreshing.”
