Participants should have experience with Yang style – and it’s best if they have studied Yang 24 forms. Explore Yang style tai chi in greater depth with emphasis on the principles.

Qigong for the Earth element and Spleen. Flowing qigong forms for the late summer.
The class will include acupressure, healing sounds and guided meditation. Open to all levels of students.
Autumn Qigong 9:00 am CT, Oct 27– Dec 15 (skip Nov 3;) Online, $125
Qigong for the Metal element and Lungs. We will transition into moves for the Water element in December. The class will include acupressure, healing sounds and guided meditation. Open to all levels of students.

Learn a Sun Style tai chi form. This class is appropriate for beginners, those wishing to explore Sun Style, and individuals with arthritis or joint pain. Beginner/Level 1 – Taught by Kobie

This class is appropriate for those who have taken the Beginning Sun Style class or have previous experience with Sun Style. Level 2 – Taught by Kobie H.

Introduction to the forms, techniques, and principles of Yang style tai chi. Study the first section of the Yang 24 forms. While this class is designed for those new to tai chi or Yang style, it is not appropriate for those with balance challenges. Level 1/2 – Taught by Grant

Continuing study of the Yang 24 forms concentrating on sections 2 & 3. Level 2/3 – Taught by Grant

Study of Chen 36 forms. Practice and refinement of Combined 42 Forms will be held on the 3rd Wednesday
of each month. Level 4. Instructor permission required to register.
